We want you to show up. We'll notice if you've struggled to get in and we'll check in with you. We want you to prioritise your fitness and give you the strategies that ensure you stay committed and see real results.

Being hungry sucks. Nobody can maintain starvation for long periods and left's face it, the yo-yo diets have not worked in the past so let's stop trying them over and over again! We'll teach you how to complement your fitness efforts with a balanced nutrition approach designed for sustainable body composition changes, helping you build muscle and enhance mobility without feeling hungry.

How long is the program & how often?

The program is designed to be completed over six weeks, providing ample time to build habits and see noticeable results.

When do the sessions run?

The program will be a mix of set sessions and flexible sessions. For the first 5 session we'll be teaching you the basics and assessing your fitness levels the schedule will be Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 7:30pm.

After the initial 5 sessions we'd recommend coming to Monday & Wednesday at 7:30pm and for the the 3rd session of the week you'll be able to book in to any other session on the timetable.

What if I have specific health concerns or injuries?

We meet you where you're at. We tailor our program to accommodate individual needs, including modifications for specific health concerns or injuries. On day 1 your coach will explore your challenges and create an ongoing plan for you so that you know you are in safe hands in every session moving forward.

Do I need to follow a specific diet?

Don't like tuna? no problem. Vegetarian? no drama. Love cheese? we got you! Our Small Steps Nutrition Plan offers flexible guidance to help you make sustainable dietary changes without feeling restricted or hungry.

What kind of support will I receive?

You’ll benefit from small group personalised support in sessions. You will recieve regular feedback, motivation, and guidance from our fitness and nutrition experts. With a personalise coaching app you can communicate with your cohort and have easy access to our coaches whenever you need them.

Can I join if I’m new to fitness?

Absolutely! Our program is designed for all fitness levels, with personalized adjustments to ensure you get the most out of your experience regardless of where you start.

How do I get started?

Simply hit the "I'm ready to take control" button & sign up on the next page. Choose to pay weekly or if you'd like for some money off, you can pay in full. We’ll then guide you through the onboarding process and set you up for success.

Location

Working out at the gym isn't easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard. Function Fitness is located and easily accessible from all of Great Torrington.
